6/1 – 6/6 Vienna, Austria

After a few days in Germany we went back to Austria to check out the capital, Vienna. We tried out an audio tour of the city center, and were amazing by the huge pedestrian streets and elegant architecture.

Our first night we met up with Adrian’s cousin Bob and his wife Lisa, who showed us some cool places to get drinks in the city. It was really nice to get an inside perspective on Vienna and hear what they’ve been up to lately.

Unfortunately the Munich drinking caught up with Adrian and she got sick partway through, but we still were able to explore plenty of the city.

We hiked up to the top of Kahlenberg hill and on the way got some great views of the vineyards outside Vienna

Had to get some fancy coffee drinks to cool off!

Lots of vineyards on the hike back down. Vienna is a huge producer of white wines

There was also a mini zoo at our air bnb! Here’s our very sassy kitty Luna who liked lots of pets

And we also had bunnies…

Due to Adrian’s death bed status we didn’t get to hangout with Bob and Lisa as much as we would have liked. But we did get to stop by Bob’s studio and check out his latest video project for an upcoming music festival!
